GBP Group Pty Ltd trading as Velix Property Group (we, us or our) respects your privacy. We handle personal information responsibly and, where applicable, in accordance with Australian privacy law.

We may collect your name, phone number, email address, property or project brief, buying purpose, budget range, finance readiness, preferred timing and information contained in your correspondence with us.

Please do not send identity documents, bank statements or other sensitive financial records through an ordinary website enquiry.

Why we collect it

We use this information to respond to enquiries, prepare suitable property shortlists, arrange appraisals, provide property advisory, sales or management services, communicate with you and maintain appropriate business records.

Who may receive it

Where reasonably necessary to progress your request, and consistent with your expectations or consent, we may share relevant information with professional service providers and property partners such as builders, developers or selling agents. We do not sell personal information.

Website forms and service providers

Our website forms may be processed by Netlify and delivered through our email systems. Information may therefore be stored or processed by technology providers that help us operate the website and respond to you.

Website analytics and cookies

With your permission, we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand website traffic, page usage, enquiry activity and how visitors interact with our website. These services may collect information such as pages viewed, clicks, scrolling activity, approximate location, device and browser information, and a pseudonymous identifier stored in a cookie or similar technology.

Microsoft Clarity may create session recordings and heatmaps. Sensitive content is masked by default, and we do not intentionally use these tools to record information entered into enquiry forms. You can decline analytics when the cookie notice appears or change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the website footer.

Analytics information may be processed by Google and Microsoft in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We use it to improve the website and measure enquiries; we do not use it to identify visitors by name.

Security and retention

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access. We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
